1. How ordering works

Orders are taken on WhatsApp at +264 81 309 4334. The form on this website builds a message for you; nothing is submitted to us until you send that message in WhatsApp. An order exists once we confirm availability with you in the chat.

2. Price

The price shown on this website is N$ 250 per 50 ml / 1.7 fl.oz bottle. The final price is always the one confirmed with you on WhatsApp. Nothing is charged on this website and no card details are ever entered here.

3. Payment

Payment methods and details are confirmed with you on WhatsApp after your order is confirmed. We do not store payment information.

4. Delivery and collection

We courier countrywide within Namibia. Delivery cost and time are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay, because they depend on your area. Collection in Windhoek can be arranged in the same chat.

5. Product expectations and safety

This is a cosmetic scalp and hair care product, not a medicine. We make no medical claims and promise no growth results; results vary from person to person. If you are using it for the first time, do a patch test first and stop if irritation occurs. If you have a scalp condition, please speak to a healthcare professional first.

6. Returns

If something is wrong with your order, message us on WhatsApp within a reasonable time of receiving it and we will make it right with you directly: replacement, correction or refund as agreed in the chat.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Tuli Botanicals operates from Windhoek, Namibia.
